Delmer Kelford

Delmer Kelford of Bordenwood passed away peacefully at the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital on Sunday, September 29, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Madeline (Godfrey). Proud father of Donna Kelford and Darlene (the late Tim) Trickey. Papa will always be cherished in the hearts of his grandchildren Jason (Julie), Lance, Lacy, Jordan (Taylor) and his grandchildren Blair, Clay, Kalum, Natalie. Pre-deceased by his grand-daughter Natasha Trickey. Delmer will be sadly missed by his brothers Levi (the late Isobel) Teal, Courtland (Betty) Kelford, Tarlton (Shirley) Kelford and his sisters Sharron (the late Sherman) Richardson, Courtney (Carl) Massey, Dallas (Pete) McDonald. Pre-deceased by his parents William & Helen Kelford, his sister Gaile Stewart, infant sister Wilda and his brother Brian. Fondly remembered by a brother-in-law John Stewart, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Milestone Funeral Center, Northbrook on Tuesday from 6-9pm. The Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 1pm with the Rev. Vernon Scott officiating. (there will be visitation 1hr prior to the service). Following cremation, an interment of ashes will take place at the Bordenwood Cemetery at a later date.
