Leta Jane Boomhower (Berry) - It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Leta on Tuesday, May 29, 2018. Cherished daughter of Bernice Berry of Northbrook and the late Ransford. Pre-deceased by her husband John Boomhower. Proud mother of Dianna (Robert) Sr. Ryczak of Brantford, Larry Hines Jr. of Welland and her twin boys Jason & Jeremy Hines of Welland. Cherished Grandma of Holly and Robert Jr. Leta will be sadly missed by her sisters Helen (Lloyd) Crysler, Margaret Berry, Marjorie Berry and her brothers James, Howard (Debby), Frank (Pam), Glen (Wendy) and Billy. Pre-deceased by her brother Walter. Survived by her sister-in-law Wendy. Fondly remembered by her best friend Fred Thompson, Bonnie Peddie along with her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place.

Leta's family will receive friends at the Milestone Funeral Center, Northbrook on Sunday, June 3, 2018 from 1-3pm. A Celebration of her Life will follow in the Chapel at 3:00pm. Interment of her urn will take place at the Northbrook Cemetery with her late husband Johnny.
