Valerie Leonard

Valerie Leonard (Wilson) passed away suddenly at her home on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. Born in London, England, Valerie immigrated to Canada via New Zealand in 1965 with her husband Gerald Leonard and their daughter Jacqui.

She will be sadly missed by her husband and daughter, son in law Howard La Grave, grand daughter Alana La Grave, sisters Dawn Nelson (England) and Julia Hitt (England).

A private Family service will be held on Saturday January 12, 2019 at Milestone Funeral Centre in Northbrook, Ontario.

Val had a life long love of cats and dogs and throughout her life was rarely without a pet she could love and shower affections on. Donations to any Humane Society in her name would be a fitting tribute to Val’s memory and would be appreciated by her family.
