Passed away peacefully with her family by her side after a brief illness at the Kingston Health Sciences Center on Friday, February 11, 2022 at the age of 61. Cherished mother of Ronald Derek Wade, Tina Jack (John), Karen Smith (Jonathan) and Jennifer Laxton (Matt). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Zachary, Christopher, Aiyanah, Kayden (Breanna), Sierra, Kirsten, Brenden, Shayna, Tie, Philip and Caleb as well as her great grandchildren Ryland and Braxton. Leanne will be lovingly remembered by her extended family and many friends. Predeceased by her parents Len and Rachel Martel (Breton), father and mother-in-law Ronald Charles and Madeline Wade as well as her ex-husband and good friend Ronald David Wade. Cremation has been entrusted to Milestone Funeral Center, Northbrook. Memorial Donations made to The University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (UHKF) - Cancer Research would be appreciated.
