Leigh (Wills) Winwood

Passed away unexpectedly at her home in Northbrook on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the age of 67. Leigh will be deeply missed by her devoted husband Donald. Cherished mother of Josh (Amanda) and Travis (Melanie). She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Aria, Zoe and Paige. Beloved daughter of Anne. Predeceased by her father Raymond. Leigh is someone who was kind and thoughtful who loved her family deeply. She saw the goodness in people and will be remembered as someone who freely shared her love and kindness with everyone around her.  We are overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from all those who were touched by her.  We are committed to follow her example and show everyone around us a little more love and a little more kindness.

A memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, her family asks you to honour her memory on her birthday this April 30th, by thinking of her during a small act of kindness shown toward another.
